Numbers are your friends. They will give you the information you need to improve. They will tell you when you are succeeding or slipping. Here are the numbers you need to know: How much time do you spend prospecting? In that amount of time, how many new prospects did you obtain and how many appointments did you set. Of the appointments you set, how many hold? What is your closing percentage and average sale? Knowing your numbers will help you to know what to do, every day.
